1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 399d platform and all its users ("Members"). 399d operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms have been drafted in English. In the event of an interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative. 399d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services on the 399d platform, including: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, card games, and all other gaming services currently offered or that may be offered in the future.

1.2 Service Availability

399d reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. 399d shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability due to technical maintenance or unplanned disruptions.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 399d platform, registering a personal account is required. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled.
• The name, address, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must belong to the applicant themselves.
• 399d reserves the right to cancel an account and withhold any pending withdrawals if false information is provided.
• Operating an account on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or third party is prohibited.

2.2 Verification Process

To ensure security, 399d may request identity verification at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of ownership of the payment method, or other documents. 399d reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Creating an account by providing a false age is a serious violation of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

399d reserves the right to verify age at any time through a government-issued ID. Failure to submit verification documents will result in account suspension.

4 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party.

4.1 Login Credentials Protection

• Never share your username and password with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 399d support team immediately.
• Changing your password regularly is strongly recommended.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, renting, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such a violation occurs, all related accounts will be permanently closed.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The rules governing financial transactions on the 399d platform are set out in detail below.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from the registered account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5-30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Transaction Failures

399d shall not be liable for any impact on your account balance resulting from a failed transaction due to technical issues or payment provider errors. In such cases, please contact our support team.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 399d platform, and such violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or gaining unfair advantage through bonus strategies.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonus benefits across multiple accounts.
• Using bots or automation software to manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion or gaining unfair advantage through cooperation with other players.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in the platform's software.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by 399d

399d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without warning for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Compliance with legal requirements or regulatory directives.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bets must be settled and wagering requirements must be met before an account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming
